江苏精棱铸锻股份有限公司是在原常州锻造总厂和原常州铸造总厂的基础上重组新建而成，2001年重组铸锻、成立“常州精棱铸锻有限公司”。2003年精棱从国有企业改制为民营企业，2015年精棱从有限责任公司整体改制为股份公司、变更为“江苏精棱铸锻股份有限公司”, 2016年4月正式挂牌新三板。
      精棱占地面积13.9万平方米，建筑面积8万平方米，员工400人。精棱下设二个工厂和一个子公司，即精棱锻造厂、精棱铸造厂和精棱设备制造有限公司，专业生产模锻件、铸铁件和冶金开卷卷取机等成套设备，具备年产锻件、铸件各15000吨的能力，热模锻、树脂砂铸造与冶金开卷卷取机制造在国内同行业中处于领先水平，是国内知名度较高的锻造、铸造与冶金开卷卷取机生产基地，是一个集锻造、铸造和机械制造于一身的综合型、多元化企业。精棱是中国铸锻行业的排头兵企业、江苏省高新技术企业、江苏省民营科技企业、江苏省专精特新企业、中国首批铸造行业准入认定企业、中国绿色铸造企业、安全生产标准化二级企业、常州市信息化建设示范企业、“新三板”挂牌企业。
      精棱ISO9001质量管理体系、IATF16949质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系均通过德国莱茵公司认证。精棱船用铸件通过德国、英国、法国、挪威、意大利、美国和中国船级社认证，铸锻产品多次荣获中国优质铸件金奖和中国优质锻件奖。

      Jiangsu Jingling Foundry & Forge Co. ltd is a brand new enterprise based on Changzhou General Foundry Plant and Changzhou General Forge Plant, restructuring in 2001 and establishing ‘Changzhou Jingling Foundry & Forge Co.,Ltd’. It was changed from state-owned enterprise to private enterprise in 2003 and changed from limited company to sharehold company in 2015 ， company name is changed to ‘Jiangsu Jingling Foundry & Forge Co., Ltd’. It has been listed in New OTC Market since 2016.
      Jingling covers an area of 139,000m sq. meters and building area of 80,000 sq.meters, we have 400 employees. Jingling have two plants and a subsidiary ,that is Jingling Forge Plant , Jingling Foundry Plant and Changzhou Jingling Equipment Manufacturing Co., which mainly manufacture die forging, cast iron casting and complete tension and pay-off reel. The annual capacity is 15000t each for die forging and casting, the hot die forging ,resin sand casting and tension & pay-off reel are at the leading level in the same industry in China ,it has become a production base for casting ,forging and tension and pay-off reel with higher popularity , it’s a comprehensive enterprise integrating with casting, forging and equipment manufacturing .Jingling is a leading enterprise in foundry & forge industry, a high & new tech. enterprise and a private science & tech. enterprise in Jiangsu Province and one of SRDI( specialized , refined , differential and Innovational ) enterprises in Jiangsu ，Jingling is one of the 1st batch of enterprises admitted to foundry industry and a green casting enterprise in China , Jingling is also a Level II safety standardization enterprise , an information construction demonstration enterprise in Changzhou and an enterprise listed in New OTC Market.
