精棱铸造厂房建筑面积28000平方米，拥有各类设备60多台套，具备年生产铸件15000吨的能力。主要生产设备有：美国应达公司5吨中频炉4台、15吨中频保温炉1台、10-25吨固定式混砂机7台、50吨固定式混砂机1台、35吨转台式抛丸清理机1台、10-15吨悬挂式抛丸清理机3台、大型热处理回火炉1台、热处理正火炉1台、固定式带烘干喷漆房1座、移动式喷漆房1座、各类5-85吨起重机33台、树脂砂砂处理系统2套。中跨地坑具备生产40吨大型铸件的能力，铸件高度可到3.5米。
    Jingling Foundry Plant covers a building area of 28000 m². It has more than 60 equipments with annual capacity of 15000t .The, the main production equipments are 4 sets 5t American Inductotherm induction furnaces, 1 set 15t IF holding furnace ,7sets 10t to 25t sand-mixers,1set 50t sand mixer , 1set 35t shot blasting machine , 3sets 10t~15t shot blasting machine , 1set temper furnace and 1set normalizing furnace , 1set fixed drying & painting room , 1set moveable painting room , 33sets 5t ~85t cranes and 2sets resin sand treatment system .The pit has the capacity to produce large casting with weight of 40t and max. height of 3.5m.
